My first time ever dealing with lawyers. Callum was amazing and explained everything to me and also answered my silly questions within a quick time frame. He kept me up to date regularly and always emailed me every week to tell me what’s going on. The only thing I can suggest is they need to up their fee from 10% to 15% cause they do so much work for very little payment.
